2.    Top of touching honours 

(against a suit contract 2 honours – against NT contract 3 honours or close e.g. QJ10 or QJ9)

3.    Top of an internal sequence

 AQJ1053  = lead the Q against a NT contract but a different choice of suit against a Suit contract

4.    Second highest from 4 or more small cards. 107542 = lead 7

5.    Middle – then up then down from 3 small cards  (MUD)

6.    Top of a doubleton (But only against a suit contract if you want to trump)
